• Branding services (logo design, website development, website barcodes, and business card creation).
• Social media training via monthly Zoom calls.
• Business consulting and guidance for entrepreneurs.

BLA is not a law firm or financial advisory service and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

By using our services, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract.
• Provide accurate and truthful information necessary for business registration and branding services.

• All payments for services must be made in full before work begins.

• Errors or delays caused by third-party services (e.g., state agencies, payment processors, web hosting services).
• Any financial losses, damages, or liabilities resulting from business decisions made by the client.
• Unauthorized use of branding materials by third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLA’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

• All original content, designs, and materials created by BLA remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment.
• Clients may not resell or redistribute BLA’s training materials without explicit permission.

BLA respects your privacy and will not sell or share your personal information. However, we may disclose information as required by law.

BLA reserves the right to refuse service, terminate contracts, or discontinue services for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Non-payment.
• Fraudulent or misleading information.
• Abuse or harassment of BLA staff.

• If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through mediation or arbitration.
